Grading Guide

At Clinch IT, we stand behind the quality of every refurbished device we supply. Each device is processed through a controlled refurbishment workflow:

1. Data erasure: All data securely wiped using recognised processes
2. Hardware testing: Full functional testing including battery, screen, keyboard, ports and storage
3. Component checks: Memory, storage and internal components verified
4. Cleaning and preparation: Device professionally cleaned and prepared for resale
5. Operating system installation: Clean installation of Windows with activation confirmed
6. Final quality check: Device fully tested again prior to dispatch

This is how we grade our refurbished products:

C	Fair	Noticeable imperfections	Fully functional	May be missing or damaged
