Products — Refurbished Goods

All products sold by Clinch IT are refurbished or pre-owned items. Each item is graded and described according to our grading standard (A, B, C or D), which reflects cosmetic condition. All items are tested and confirmed fully functional prior to sale unless otherwise stated. Full condition details, including grade, battery health where applicable, and any cosmetic imperfections, are disclosed on each product listing.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Accuracy of Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Cosmetic condition is described in accordance with our grading standard. Minor variations between the listing and the item are possible where the item has been described and graded in good faith. Material inaccuracies should be reported to us immediately.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a pricing error has occurred - we will notify you and issue a full refund in such cases.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment by debit card, credit card, and other methods displayed at checkout. All card transactions are encrypted and handled securely by our payment provider.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
