Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands, via DPD Local. All orders include full tracking and require a signature on delivery.

UK Shipping Cost

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday on working days. We endeavour to ship as soon as we receive your order. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.

Once your tracking number is updated, please allow up to 24 hours for DPD to collect your parcel — this is outside our control.

Signature on Delivery

A signature is required on delivery for all orders. If you are not available, DPD will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or you can manage your delivery via the DPD app.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery with DPD.

Urgent Delivery

European & International Delivery

At present we ship to UK addresses only. International shipping may be introduced in future — please contact us at contact@clinch-it.com if you have a specific request.
